IHT Business of Green: Are Dell, Wal-Mart, Philips going green or just re-branding?

Fads don’t last. Time will tell. Let’s just hope they don’t do anything truly silly (like, if a department store were to stop selling incandescent light bulbs only to substitute them mostly with compact fluorescent lamps containing mercury)
